The holiday season is in full swing, and we’re looking forward to many social events during the month of December. The Impulsion Marketing Group party we have planned will be off the hook!
While we’re not giving away any secrets about what our holiday shindig will include, we do have some tips on how to make sure your end-of-year office fête is both fun and inclusive for everyone you work with:
• Start With Surveys: In the interest of being agreeable, most people would say that they don’t mind if their traditions aren’t represented at an office party. Given the chance to provide private feedback might invite other ideas though, and lead to a more inclusive soiree.
• Consider a Mixed Menu: Team Impulsion Marketing Group is all about food –another reason we love the holidays. Food is also a fun and easy way to make an office party more welcoming. Have a potluck where people bring their favorite holiday dishes, or if you’re having it catered it’s easy to find vegetarian, vegan, Kosher, and Halal options.
• Check the Dates: There are a number of holidays in December besides Christmas to plan around. Here are some, along with their dates – Chanukah, Dec. 22-30, Winter Solstice, Dec. 21, and Kwanzaa, Dec. 26-Jan. 1. There are no Islamic holidays this December, but that changes from year to year because Islam is based on a lunar calendar with fewer days than the Gregorian calendar.
From our work family to yours, Happy Holidays! We hope your party will be just as great as ours will. See live content from our bash by following Impulsion Marketing Group on Instagram.
