We’re wrapping up an incredibly successful 2019, but there’s no time for Team Impulsion Marketing Group to rest on its laurels. We’ve got a lot of momentum built up that will carry over into 2020, and some exciting goals to work toward as well.
For the company, our key objective is expansion. We plan on opening up new markets in the coming year, and maybe even another location. Of course, this will also mean adding more brands to the Impulsion Marketing Group portfolio and growing our roster too – “Expand our firm” may be easy to say, but to do it well takes a team effort.
Which means we’ll be relying heavily on our training program to bring new team members up to speed. From their very first days with our team, new hires are paired with mentors who will help them learn the ropes and breeze through the initial learning curve that comes with all new careers. We also have workshops and classes to ensure full knowledge transfer, and rotate everyone through the different facets of our operation for hands-on learning.
For more experienced team members, we have continual learning options such as cross-training at other high-performing offices. There are also weekend events that bring industry leaders together from all over the country to share their knowledge.
